I bought the wireless alarm sensor but not working. It was claimed to be plug and play but wasn't as what you said eventhough I'm a wireless engineer. The manual is not correctly drafted and final testing at factory not done. This type of product you need to provide support so better take out of catalog or get the supplier to test and validate each box before they ship. I do understand the marging is very small for you to support product like this so put the burden to supplier.

We are sorry if the goods we delivered are not working. All you need to do is to send back the faulty goods , and we will replace for u. We will also responsible for the return courier fee.
We have sold many of those 2 items and have not been much problem, except the cheap RM16 slimming belt has few returns and exchange.However we will 100% responsilbe even u bought only 1 item.

Got delivery of my goods in 2 days. Very commendable. Out of 10 goods ordered, 1 got my money back b'coz item out of stock. So far have opened 2 items (namely, iWave Silensor- The Sleep Inducer RM 195.00 & Abgymnic Electronic Bodybuilding & Slimming Belt RM 16.00), both not working, so I threw them in waste paper basket. Well it teached me a lesson and its too good to be true, anyway. I am not going to complain or ask for refund, because this incident make me to be more careful and wiser. Thanks
